Britain will send helicopters to Ukraine for the first time

The United Kingdom, as part of military aid to Ukraine, will send Sea King helicopters for the first time.

The Sea King helicopters have not been used since 2018 when they were used by the Royal Air Force and the Royal Navy, writes Skynews.

Announcing the move, Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said the UK’s support for Ukraine was “unwavering”.

He is currently in Norway meeting with allies to discuss continued support for Ukraine.

The United Kingdom also said it would provide 10,000 artillery rounds.
