Elon Musk told the lending banks that he intends to close the Twitter acquisition deal on Friday, October 28, which is within the time allowed by the judge. This was reported by the Bloomberg agency citing some sources.
Musk would have said this during a video conference with the institutions that have committed to contribute to the operation with 13 billion dollars in debt.
On Wall Street, Twitter’s stock rises by 2.6% and Tesla’s stock, on the other hand, rises by 3.6%.
