Emirates and Germany sign gas supply agreement

The United Arab Emirates and Germany signed during a visit by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to Abu Dhabi, an agreement that provides for the supply of liquefied gas and diesel in 2022 and 2023. According to the official news agency of the Emirates, Wam, the agreement provides for the export of a shipment of liquefied natural gas to Germany at the end of 2022, then the supply of additional quantities in 2023. The Wam also refers to a delivery direct diesel fuel made in September reports an agreement to supply up to 250,000 tons of diesel per month for 2023.
