Heavy snowstorm causes two deaths in New York

A dangerous blizzard paralyzed parts of western and northern New York on Friday. The thickness of the snow reached about 95 centimeters in some areas of this region, causing the death of two people.

Residents in parts of the city of Buffalo woke up to the sound of strong winds, accompanied by snow, lightning and occasional thunder. The snowstorm also hit the city of Hamburg, where search and rescue teams helped some trapped residents. Schools and train stations were closed in Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Dept. A large number of flights were grounded at Buffalo International Airport.
