Kyiv: Vinnytsia missiles, at least 17 dead

Russian media: three Ukrainians destroyed 50% Novaya Kakhovka

Seventeen dead, including 2 children, is the toll of the Russian bombing in Vinnytsia, in central Ukraine. This was stated by the Ukrainian Attorney General. Three Russian missiles hit civilian buildings and a cultural center in the city in the morning when the streets were full of people. The Guardian reports that it speaks of dozens of injured.

Meanwhile, Kiev attacks destroyed half of the Ukrainian city of Novaya Kakhovka in the Russian-occupied Kherson region, according to TASS, causing 187 injuries.
