Russian attacks leave Kyiv without power and water

The entire Kyiv region has been left without electricity after Russian airstrikes, which targeted critical infrastructure, said Oleksii Kuleba, head of the regional military administration.

The aim of Russian forces is to leave Ukraine without electricity during the winter, an analyst said.

At least three people have been killed and six injured after a Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, according to a statement from Ukrainian authorities.

The attack on the capital comes amid ongoing attacks by Russia targeting critical energy infrastructure across the country.
