Serious threat from North Korea, launches 24 missiles

North Korea continues to further tense the situation in its region by provoking its neighbors and strategic allies with missile tests.

At least 24 short-range missiles were launched in recent hours from Pyongyang towards the Sea of Japan, in what experts see as North Korea’s response to military maneuvers that South Korea is conducting with the US military.

But it seems that the situation this time is a little more complicated than other times. The South Korean military confirms that the launch of these missiles by communist Korea violated the airspace and therefore responded by launching 3 precision missiles in the northern maritime part of the inter-Korean border.

The same position was taken by the president of South Korea, Yoon Suk-yeol, describing the neighbor’s missile tests as a territorial invasion.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, North Korea warns that the United States and South Korea will pay dearly if they decide to use force.

Japanese Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada said at a press conference that at least two missiles fell near Japan’s exclusive economic zone, about 150 kilometers from the launch site. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida once again called North Korea’s missile launches, which have launched 28 since the start of 2022, unacceptable.
