Ukraine, Russian attack on Kharkiv: 6 dead and 16 wounded

At least six people were killed and 16 wounded in a Russian bombing raid on Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second city. Local authorities declared it, while President Volodymyr Zelensky denounced a “despicable and cynical attack”. The mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, had initially indicated on Telegram a toll of three dead and ten wounded, before the regional governor Oleg Sinegoubov revised it upwards.
